Mr. Lyubomir Peynovski is finansist with over 20 years of experience in management and monitoring of national strategic framework programs and structural funds. He has a strong financial background and extensive experience in securities sales and trading, as well stock exchange trading.

Biography

Over the years, he held key positions as member of the management board of large construction, transport and infrastructural companies in Bulgaria.

In the period, 2001 – 2006 Mr. Peynovski was Director of Finance and Payments Department at the Ministry of Finance of Bulgaria in a capacity of a Programme Authorising Officer of PHARE Programme.

Mr. Peynovski is member of the Board of the Confederation of the Bulgarian industrialists and employers and Board member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
