The “Digital fabrication for architects and engineers” course, organized by the European digital innovation hub (EDIH), will begin on May 12 in our training room and will run until May 16 – a total of 5 days or 30 academic hours. The training is conducted in person, and its main objective is to familiarize participants with modern technologies, application areas, and trends in the field of digital fabrication. The different modules cover the characteristics of subtractive, additive, formative, and assembly-based manufacturing, their main processes, working methods, and technological approaches, as well as their connection with digital modelling.
This specialized course is intended for architects, engineers, and technical professionals, with the minimum education level required being a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
The “Digital fabrication for architects and engineers” course includes a total of 6 training modules, distributed over the period from May 12 to 16. The lectures include both theoretical and practical sessions, as well as the presentation of specific best practices and real-world applications.
