Arch. Borislav Vladimirov

Arch. Borislav Georgiev Vladimirov was born on 27.04.1969 in the town of Dupnitsa. He graduated from the “Hristo Botev” Technical school of construction in Sofia in 1989 and from UACEG in 1997. Architect Vladimirov is one of the founders of the legislation uniting the architectural community through the Chamber of architects in Bulgaria.

Arch. Borislav Georgiev Vladimirov is the founder of “Diart architects” and a designer with over 27 years of professional experience. He is the author of hundreds of projects in the fields of residential, public, and industrial construction. He has designed numerous development plans and projects. He has been an active participant in the activities of the CAB in most of its structures since its foundation to the present day – the Control council and the Managing board.

Between 1999 and 2021, he held the position of chief architect of Sapareva Banya municipality and Boboshevo municipality. From 2001 to 2009, he was a member of parliament in the 39th and 40th National assembly, where he was an active member of the Committee on local self-government, Regional policy and public works, as well as the Committee on agriculture and forests.
