The course is designed for electrical engineers involved in construction and investment design, project management, consulting and supervision, or administration.

Description

The course focuses on creating models and design documentation for electrical systems using BIM and Autodesk Revit. Participants will learn the fundamentals of modelling electrical installations, which will be expanded upon with advanced techniques and best practices. The course concludes with the preparation of blueprints and quantitative estimates in accordance with Bulgarian standards.

Minimum educational requirements for participation in the training

Minimum educational requirement: Master’s degree in Engineering – Investment Design, specializing in Electrical Engineering.

Professional experience with Autodesk Revit: Entry level or no experience.

Module 5. Basic Principles for Creating Custom Library Elements (Families)

Module 6. Global settings for displaying elements and graphics settings for individual views. Specific settings for plumbing

Module 7. Annotations in drawings. Coordinate systems. Automatic labels

Module 8. Shared and project parameters. Project templates

Module 9. Shared coordinates. Model coordination.

Module 10. Inserting a CAD background. Drawing frame. Creating drawings (plans and axonometric views). Exporting and printing project documentation
